These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the booking of our holistic services, and your participation in private sessions, including Past Life Regression and Ancestral Healing Therapy. By accessing this website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Spiritual & Holistic Services Disclaimer

Non-Medical, Non-Psychiatric Care: All sessions, consultations, and materials provided by Susan Damegreene or Salem Center for Past Life Regressionare strictly spiritual, holistic, and educational in nature. Susan Damegreene is a certified Past Life Regression and Ancestral Healing Therapist. She is not a licensed medical doctor, clinical psychiatrist, or licensed psychologist, and she does not prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or provide medical treatment.
Client Responsibility: The services offered on this website, including Jungian-inspired cathartic release and deep memory regression, are designed to assist with personal growth and spiritual self-discovery. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological evaluation or treatment. You are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being before, during, and after your session.

2. Booking, Payments, & Studio Privacy

Pre-Payment Required: All private regression and healing sessions must be fully booked and paid for in advance through our authorized online platform.
Address Confidentiality: To protect the privacy, safety, and tranquility of our workspace, the exact physical address of Susan’s historic 1793 Salem studio is completely confidential. The location details will only be disclosed to you via email after your scheduling and full payment have been processed and finalized. Unannounced visitors or arrivals without a verified, pre-paid appointment will not be permitted entry.

3. Session Boundaries & Client Conduct

The Session Boundary Rule: Our therapeutic regression and ancestral healing modalities require an unbroken energetic and emotional container. By booking a session, you explicitly agree to comply with our foundational workshop boundary: Once you lay down on the regression bed and the process begins, you cannot get up until the session is fully completed by Susan. Breaking this boundary disrupts the safety of the clinical process.
Right of Termination: We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session or refuse service to any client who is under the influence of illegal substances, behaves disruptively, or refuses to adhere to safety instructions or professional boundaries established by the therapist. In the event of such a termination, no refunds will be issued.

4. Personal Recording & Intellectual Property

Personal Recording Permitted: Clients are permitted—and encouraged—to record the audio of their own private sessions solely for personal review, integration, and archival purposes.
Commercial Restrictions: All website content, copy, program structures, layout designs, and original text are the intellectual property of Salem Center. You may not record, duplicate, distribute, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit any audio, video, or written materials from Salem Center without explicit, prior written authorization.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because Susan limits her practice to provide deep, individualized, "mile-deep" attention to each client, session slots are highly limited.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

By utilizing our website and booking a session, you explicitly agree to hold Salem Center, Susan Damegreene, and our affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in past life regression, ancestral healing, or the implementation of advice or insights gained during your session. Your journey of spiritual growth is entirely determined, navigated, and owned by you.
