and that's why we try to keep the charges reasonable, so that everybody can partake".

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

A minimum of 24 hour advance notice by email pastliferegressionsalem@gmail.com is required when cancelling or changing an appointment.

 

This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you give me less than 24 hours advance notice, your entire payment is retained as a cancellation fee.

 

No-shows

Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This means the entire full session fee is charged with no refunds. 

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to not inconvenience others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment, payment for a full session is due. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule. This will allow your session to begin at the scheduled time.

 

No Refunds

There are no refunds. I will honor your paid session status until/when you can come in. If you had an appointment, as long as you cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you can make another appointment.

 

No Substitutions

Whoever pays is the person who completes the session. The only exception is for prior arrangements made before the session is paid for as a gift.
